Can I Forget You?

Love me darlin', true
I will always love you
Hold me close in your heart
Tell me we will never part
I can't turn you away my love
I can't believe it's from above
For if it was, why does it hurt so
Why can't I just turn and go
I must try to forget you
& move on with my life
But can I forget you?
After all I am your wife.
